What habits does my daily/weekly routine need?

You now have your goals for 2023. Well done!

Now the work begins.

You do not rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your system - James Clear, Author of Atomic Habits

Unless you factor in how you are actually going to implement them in your daily/weekly routine, you simply won't do it. So be honest with yourself and know how you are actually going to incrementally tackle your goals.

I personally think making goals on Sunday evening for the following week is really useful. That way, you know when you can put time aside for whatever you need to do to get closer to reaching your goal.

If there is a regular time slot that you dedicate to your activities, even better! Life does get in the way sometimes though so just do it around your schedule.

eg.

Monday 9pm - 10pm - Dedicate to reading about strategy

Tuesday 7pm - 8pm - Dedicate to journaling

Wednesday 7am - 8am - Dedicate to exercise

Thursday 9pm - 10pm - Dedicate to journaling

Friday - Dedicate to reading about strategy

Longer Term

In terms of longer term planning, looking at things in quarters is useful. Then you can review this consistently and see how you are doing and iterate if you need to. Review this at the end of every quarter to revise what you do for the next quarter.
